Even though it is dark, dreary, and wet outside...we are staying warm and energetic in our classroom! Did you know that we spend 5-10 minutes in the afternoon doing something called "gonoodle"? This fun website has many videos for us to follow along to and to move our bodies, sing a little, and get our wiggles out. This quick break between Math and Science allows students to burn some energy and to exercise! The website is free to use at home as well, feel free to check it out...gonoodle.com!
