Dear Families,
We are reading nonfiction books during reading and students are learning how to take organized notes about what they are reading. Reading nonfiction text is an important and useful skill! We just finished Unit 4, algebraic problem solving in math and students are bringing home their test for you to review with them today. Please check it over and sign and return.
Reminders-
LunchBuddy Bowling-This Monday our lunch buddies are going bowling with the CI class from Park. Please have them wear their lunch buddy t-shirt if they are a buddy. They are allowed to bring money for snacks at the bowling alley, but they do not have to bring anything.
Valentines-I will send out reminders soon for who is bringing treats/snacks to our V-day party. Students should bring a valentine for each student in the class as we will pass these out on the 14th during our party. Below is a list of names for students to fill our their cards. They are welcome to attach candy if they would like, but it is not required! We will make Valentine "mailboxes" during class on the 12th and 13th. Students should bring a shoebox or other type of box that will work well for Valentines.
